Pan Daijang - A Season In Hell

My key word, depreciated was based on the idea that soul house evolved through the mixing of different cultures who were are the time (1980's), marginalised and belittled. 

This gif shows an image of a person who at the time when soul house was coming into underground clubs would have been marginalised just due to their race. While I think that the history of subcultures being belittled and marginalised is a important focal point in the growth of soul house, I would rather focus on the positive impact it had on people, for example, nightclubs becoming some of the most socially progressive places in the country for all cultures.
