Considerations - Brief 2
The choice of exhibition title and idea should explicitly determine your concepts and approaches used within the design development.
You need to create an engaging identity and promotional campaign for the Mapping exhibition.
- What is unique about this exhibition?
- How can the content, location, exhibitors potentially inform your design treatment?
- Who is the target audience? What do they need to know? How will you engage with them?
Considerations
You must give consideration to include the following within your publicity materials:
- Location: Colours May Vary, Munro House, Duke St, Leeds LS9 8AG
- Exhibition Opening: 5 - 7pm
- Date: 05/04/2019 - 10/04/2019
- Content: E.g. "An exhibition of work celebrating..." (needs to mention - Mapping)
- Exhibitors: (Level 4 and Level 5 students from the BA (Hons) Graphic Design course at Leeds Arts University)
- Social media links: Your group instagram account, hashtags, etc.
- Contact Details: @laugraphicdes
You should also consider:
- Format
- Signage, Wayfinding
- Opening Invites
- Production: collateral must be reproducible using the college resources and to a short timeframe (1 week)
